This locomotive has an appeal rating of 10.

Here are the pricelist offered by the companies with their incentives. Each company offers different types of passenger train cars, ranging from price per car to passenger appeal. Using a sheet of paper write down the cost of the products required to have a fully functional train and add up the cost. Remember, the requirements for a train are: 5 passenger cars or more, 15 miles of track, two train stations, and a power station. Cost cannot exceed, or be more than, $1 Million.

Take into consideration the aesthetic, or the look, of the train. Tourist are more likely to board a train that looks beautiful and clean. We call this the "train appeal".

A train car that has a high train appeal ensures many tourists will board the train. A car with low appeal can turn away some tourist.. The mayor has reviewed the trains and gave them a score called Passenger Appeal Rating: 10 = Excellent appeal, 1 = Disgusting appeal.

NOTE: More passenger cars mean increased tourism to Flor Rojo.

Here is an example on how to do the math:

(The price of a subway car times [x] the number of subway cars) + (15 miles of track times [x] the price of a track per mile) + (the price for two subway stations) + (price of a Power Station) = Total cost for construction.

NOTE: Do NOT add the Savings from a company incentive. That amount only describes how much money the town would save after signing with that company.
