We need a train!
Welcome to the small town of Flor Rojo. For many
years the town has prospered economically as a tourist attraction.
People from neighboring cities came to see the town’s many botanical
gardens and beautiful parks. Unfortunately, tourism has declined
recently because many of the tourists cannot come due to limited
parking.
The mayor of Flor Rojo found a solution in bringing back the
tourist without their cars - a passenger train. Upon hearing this, six train companies have
offered to construct a railroad system for the town at different prices with each company
offering town incentives (for example, free maintenance for various
buildings.)
The mayor has hired you as a Financial Consultant.
The town needs a train for its survival and it’s your job as a financial
consultant to figure out which
train company offers the best deal for the town. Remember, the future of Flor Rojo depends on you!
